DEPOSITS

Deposits are NON REDUNDABLE.

If you need to cancel or reschedule you must contact via email or text with a minimum of 48hrs notice. If you do not meet this requirement, 50% of the total booking cost will be charged. A NO SHOW appointment will be charged 100% of the booking and banned from booking again in the future. Rescheduled appointment deposits can only be transferred ONCE.

Should for whatever reason Claudia is to cancel your appointment, you will receive a 100% refund.

LATE FEE’S

The booking times are set so that Claudia can perform your appointment to the best quality and if you’re late a $20 late fee will be added. Please note that if you’re late Claudia will do what she can to achieve your desired look but you must be open to change your inspiration if the time does not allow for such details.

If you are more than 15 mins late, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged 100% of the booking.

ADDITIONAL FEES

All public holidays will have an added $20 fee.

Any parking costs incurred during a travel booking will be added to the final price.
